This workshop was proposed to exist inside the Postal Museum, in London. It aims for children and parents to engage with contemporary art through the use of postcards.
By asking them to contribute with thoughts, interpretations and associations they draw from that specific artwork, not only do we stimulate their artistic expression and curiosity, but also dissemble the sense of sacredness associated with what it means to be a viewer at a museum, which can lead to a discomfort and distance to art institutions.
